The Situation
Project J952N is in partnership with Africa Renewal Ministries (ARM) and has a focus on equipping future leaders of Uganda through a holistic child development program. ARM currently operates in 16 districts of Uganda and has over 7400 children in the child sponsorship program which educates, trains and builds children into strong and responsible leaders with the goal of transforming the future of their community and the nation.
The Objectives
- CHILDREN (0-12yrs): All children are cared for using a holistic approach; we focus on 4 core areas of development (Cognitive, Physical, Social-emotional & Leadership) which starts with early childhood education.
- YOUTH (13-25yrs): As the children reach adolescence & young adulthood, ARM gradually takes its lessons on leadership and begins to solidify the importance of leadership lifestyles.
- ADULTS (26+yrs): ARM has a wide range of adult participants who receive a variety of leadership training and short courses to enhance & encourage them in their ability to lead those entrusted to their care.
