J1253N Innovation & Leadership Centres
Cambodia, Southeast Asia
The Situation
Cambodia’s rural communities face persistent developmental challenges, shaped by historical trauma, financial strain, and limited access to transformative education and technology. A deep urban-rural divide continues to sideline villages from national progress, as innovation and start-up ecosystems remain concentrated in cities. This has left many communities with a narrow vision of future potential, compounded by intergenerational barriers and a lack of practical resources.
Despite these challenges, there is a critical opportunity for Cambodia to lead a village-scale, human-centred model of wellbeing and economic growth. Currently underutilized areas such as preventative medicine, high-value agriculture, and integrated cultural tourism could become engines of innovation—if supported by access to knowledge, digital tools, and coordinated leadership. Without such a shift, Cambodia risks being left behind in a rapidly evolving global landscape driven by breakthroughs in AI, biotechnology, and wellness industries.
The Objective
‘Peace and Prosperity in Cambodia’ invites you to co-create history.
You are invited to Kampong Cham, Siem Reap and other regional centres in Cambodia to participate in the creation of a breakthrough model for urban-rural collaboration. The aim is to provide the practical demonstration of how the creative human spirit attracts a natural state of local peace supported by prosperity.
This new model represents a radical approach to unlocking human potential and wellbeing while encouraging both economic development and sustainability. This approach brings student, business and village leaders together inspired by Khmer culture and the personal experience of meditation. It includes a scientifically backed, structured approach to entrepreneurship, appropriate and new technologies enhanced by artificial intelligence and microfinancing of solutions.
Campaign with us to support this registered charity to raise US$1 million in tax deductible donations from visionaries in the US, UK, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. This is structured with local leaders working with their community to achieve a $10,000 target. The aim is to demonstrate what's possible when ancient wisdom meets frontier innovation.
Your sponsorship funds practically build each Urban-Rural Village Sharing example:
■ Trains 160 village leaders and entrepreneurs using the T.E.M.P.L.E. system (Traditional Education Model for Peaceful Leadership and Entrepreneurship)
■ Provides a structured approach including a breakthrough retreat attracting international and Cambodian leaders to attract their preferred future.
■ Works with existing university communities and the entrepreneurial drive of the next generation coupled with an understanding of the local & global opportunities
■ Promotes starting from the depth of Khmer cultural wisdom through meditation, appropriate technologies, sustainable business, and AI pattern recognition
This approach is inspired by established approaches including Bunker Roy's Barefoot College and Auroville's transformation models—adapted for Cambodia's unique spiritual, cultural and archaeological environment. The outcomes are open-sourced as a toolkit for replication. The ultimate goal is to share this model with ~720,000 villages in India and millions globally reaching approximately 3.5 Billion people.
Our window of opportunity is here. There is urgency to create this model. This includes geo-political instability, the rapid approach of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and structural economic changes. Cambodia is well positioned to pioneer consciousness-inspired village transformation as a catalyst for planetary change.
