The Situation
Globally, Ethiopia is still ranked as one of the poorest countries on earth by the United Nations. Currently there is a need to provide suitable accommodation and centrally located teaching/seminar facilities for guest and visiting vocational training teachers/instructors and lecturers to the KHC Vocational Training Centre. Constructing accommodation & training facilities for visiting and guest lecturers and teachers, will enable the KH College to provide a core vocational training stream to parallel the existing educational stream.
The Objectives
1) Construction of simple houses for 2 Teachers in the compound
2) Construct dormitories for male students
3) Power and water line installation at the school
4) Septic tank for the toilets
5) Emergency Relief: relieve suffering during emergency situations and may take the form of Food Relief, Humanitarian Aid, Livestock fodder and/or provision of seed for crops
