The situation:

In Lithuania, Cambodia, and Zambia, a significant gap exists in mentoring, training, and leadership development, hindering the growth of effective local leaders. This need stems from limited access to formal education, inadequate resources, and socio-economic challenges that restrict the equipping of local leadership.

Across these nations, the absence of robust training systems means emerging leaders struggle to effectively work with communities. Equipping nationals to train their own is essential to address this gap, fostering self-sustaining communities capable of meeting local needs.

The objective:

To train, teach, and mentor local leaders in Lithuania, Zambia, and Cambodia so that they can train others to provide safe spaces for people under their care.
