In Memoriam

Craig Tunney

1956 –2020

Early in 2020 we farewelled a
much loved team member,
Craig Tunney.

Throughout his time with Global Development
Group, Craig conducted over 20 monitoring trips and was
involved in all 8 conferences to date (1 Australian and 7
international). His love for adventure was evident in all
these trips. He was always keen to go somewhere new, try
something new, meet new partners, and learn new things.
He brought an enthusiasm to monitoring and conferences
that left other people feeling encouraged and excited for
the future.

We all work at GDG because we have a passion to be part
of helping people. Craig displayed that passion every day
through his commitment, care and compassion for people.
We will remember him for his sense of adventure, enthusiasm,
care and mentoring. He was a valuable member of our team,
always bringing life to the office and well-loved by partners
around the world. He will be missed, but we know that the
things he taught the GDG family will continue with us.
