DISTINCTIVELY DIFFERENT
Established in Australia in 2002, Global Development Group has a diversity of projects in developing
countries. Global Development Group Limited (NZ) was founded in 2015 and is part of the Global
Development Group international network.

We have three entities:
Global Development Group Limited (NZ) is a company registered under the Companies Act 1993, a tax-
exempt charitable organisation registered under the Charities Act 2005 (Registration Number CC54017),
has overseas donee status with the Inland Revenue Department and is a member of the Council for
International Development (CID).

Global Development Group (Australia) - with head office in Brisbane and representatives in Western
Australia and Tasmania. Accountable to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), the Australian Charities and
Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC), the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the Australian
Council for International Development (ACFID).

Global Development Group USA Inc. - located in Tennessee has 501(c)(3) status and is a public charity.
